    That was quite unexpected. You have to give Philly the edge at home with their ace on the mound, but when its a game 5 or 7 its one and done and you just never know who might step up. I can't wait until friday night to grab some cold beers, pizza and watch the game with my wife and sons. I have my boys brainwashed and they are big time red bird fans.

    What a game!!!!!!!!!!Carp was spectacular defense was awesome and our little guys got us a run in the 1st and the big guy made it stick,that was the best pitched game i have ever witnessed!!!!!!!!WOW.

    Absolutely one of the best games ever. Kinda makes you wonder why some of the crappy teams like the Astros, Cubs and Royals to name a few don't pattern themselves after teams like these. Year in and year out they ALWAYS play winning baseball at what seems like another level.

    I agree with both of you, ABSOLUTELY the best pitching duel ever witnessed!! What a game by two great friends, two great pitchers and two great teams. Bugs, I will have a big jug at spring camp to celebrate this year, you can bet on that!!!! Just 8 wins away from #11. GO CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
