You boys fishing around Reed Springs Sunday come on by the Hales Fireworks store over on 16462 Hwy 13. I will be there selling pumkins and halloween stuff. Got the full line of Halloween Costumes, pumkins, straw, corn stalks. The store manager has to be gone for her son's wedding and she has asked me to come down and run the store for her for the day. Granted some of you don't need Halloween Costumes, like Bugman, and others, but it will be a great time to get some fresh pumkins for that fresh pumkin pie. Vickie tells me that she just got a semi load in from the state of Michigan. Business has been busy but there is still a good selection.

Special note if your planning on making some pumkin pie this fall you better get your pumkin purchased as soon as possible. Paula says that even at her store they are having trouble getting canned pumkin due to all the dry conditions in the southern states. Just as soon as they get some on the shelf it sells out in a few days.
