Check with Cabela's. Give them the number on yours and I'll bet they can cross reference it and get you one pretty quick.

Finding one isn't the problem! I can go less than 10 miles and be at the world head quarters of Bass Pro here in Springfield, MO. But after talking with Mustang they state that all of their re-arm kits are dated with an Expiration Date. My PFD arming device states replace during 2011. So if according to Mustang the re-arm kits are only good for 5 years why would a person want to spend $79.99 on a new kit that is only dated with a good expiration date of 2 months? And what happens if I get pulled over on the water by a water patrol officer or a coast guard officer with a PFD that has an automatic inflator arming device clearly marked on it replace during 2011? Granted it has been a wonderful life vest for someone like me who likes to fish alone and can't swim a lick! But dog gone it I am kind of getting PO'ed after paying $379.99 for the darned thing now!

Here is the model I have:

Mustang Survival Cruiser Vest PFD with LIFT® | Bass Pro Shops

And here is the info from Mustang:

Inflatable Vest PFD with LIFT MD0450

After doing hours of research on PFD's online and in stores. I figured with my health issues if I was to pass out and fall out of the boat what good would a PFD be if it wouldn't keep my head out of the water? This model improves safety for users in variable wind and wave conditions by elevating the mouth out of the water by up to 9 inches. OK SO I AM JUST GOING TO DIE FROM PASSING OUT AND NOT DROWNING!
