    Default Delicious Saturday

I may know my way around computers okay, but cars are another story. I suck! Every weekend since July 2nd I was wrestling with my car trying to get it to quit shaking when you hit the brakes at high speeds. Replaced the front brakes...no luck. Pull everything off again and this time, pulled the rotors off. Then thought, screw it and pulled the back tires and pulled those rotors as well. Took 'em in and had 'em turned. Make no mistake...these are no small feats for me!! Anyway, put everything back together and it was even worse!! Took everything apart again and replaced the front rotors. Still bad. Rotated tires back the way they were initially. Still bad. Finally, today I replaced the rear rotors and brake pads too right away and finally, FINALLY....it's fixed!

Needless to say I haven't got to go out fishing much cuz my weekends are full!! So I rewarded myself and my family (who have had to tolerate me and my b1+(*!#g all the time)

    And, the Pièce de résistance...

A little broiled MN Walleye. If you click that link above, it will take you to a site full of fish recipes. This was the first I tried and lemme tell you, it was awesome!

I made sure to try out the chicken, steak and bratwurst, too. It was all amazing! Only thing missing was some fresh sliced 'maters and kohl rabi. Guess I'll have to save that for tomorrow!!

Those pictures make me hungry. Glad to hear you got the ride fixed too. Even if turning the rotors had of got the shaking stopped it woulda came back. Once a warpped rotor always a warpped rotor IMO.

Ran into Joe on his last trip to the parts store and he was still in good spirits! Glad it worked out Joe! He invited me to fish but not eat?
