figured if the neighbour could fish the pond so could I , son in law caught 6 last night biggest he guessed 6lb smallest he kept was 3 lb. said he caught some only 10 to 12 in long, looks like more fishing in the future.

caught some small perch and knocked the sides off and used for bait, no big pearch or crappie today, but we gonna eat corn and taters and catfish for supperHands Clapping

Can't beat that. A fish factory in your back yard.

Nice! I've always enjoyed catching cats......... when I see a pic like this, it makes me wonder why I don't get out and do it more. Congrats, those are nice fish.
We do not want the gift of a fish; neither do we expect a lesson on fishing; what we direly need is a chance to fish

First part of June is always prime for migrating snappers. see them headed for all the creeks and ditches to lay eggs. They will clean out a small pond of fish

Is it just me or is there a trend to Beagles posts lately? I am begining to think that the boy's only thoughts are about eatting! Dang son catfish, corn and taters? Not fair just not fair! I am lucky if I see a chesseburger with the hours I am putting in.
