Default Watch out for fishing line!!

What a scare. I was out at the lake all day with the family doing what I do, wading, chasing sticks in the water etc. when I decided to go after some ducks. I was swimming along and down I went, I got turned around and was hung up on fishing line around my neck and couldn't get anywhere. Dad finally got to me to get it off. It was scary, be careful when you swim in areas where people fish. There wasn't much the guy who lost his stuff in the trees coulda done to get the line out but it sucks that it was there.

Yea, my wife saw him not getting anywhere so I thought his collar was hung on a twig, I handed off the phone and wallet and went in to him and he had fishing line holding him from going anywhere.
    Quite a scare indeed.

I bet that was scary. When I see line laying aound I always try to make an effort to wind it up and through it out. After seeing all the pictures of wildlife that gets tangled in fishing line and plastic container holders I'v been more conscious of those things.
