sorry guys but turkey season is well...in season. went for about 3 hrs last saturday had a good hunt but froze out from the rain and standing water i was sitting in. went back this morning and had an awesome hunt and was heading back home by 6:30am. 5 beards
ranging from 10 inch down to 2 5/8. one spur was 13/16 other was broken from fighting. bird was 18lbs. i have killed older and more mature birds, but never 5 beards! only one other time i shot one with two beards. let me just say my hats off to hs strut ring zone glass striker call. that thing is bad. turkey just keep coming to it! in the pic you can only see three of the beards but the short fat one is actually 3 beards itself. pics came off my camera phone so sorry they are so bad. i feel pretty! oh so pretty! oh i am so happy!!

thanks everyone...as far as ticks buy permethrin. spray it on your clothes the night before you go. it stays good for a month without having to respray and you will not have a single tick thats a promise. stuff works amazing, and so far no extra limbs growing!
