    Default Favorite Birthday meal!


    My mom’s birthday was yesterday and I fixed her favorite meal, Crappie. We kind of made it a tradition. She does not fish or even like the water but loves to eat a crappie dinner.

    Yes, that was always a treat for my mom when I would go to her home and fry some fresh crappie. It reminded her of when she was young and would go and catch some crappie at a school mate's pond and her mom would fry it up for supper. She loved her fish and crappie was her favorite.
