Don, don't remember the name of them but I bought a dutch oven and a skillet form Cabelas 'bout 5 years ago. Both are still in great shape and I am satisfied with both. Just my 02 worth.

Have got the "OLD one's that have been handed down.....still use them, but the "NEW" one's they are making now that are enamel coated do not have to be seasoned. They cook great and are easy to clean up....so my wife tells me...HA. I think she ordered hers from QVC.
I just KNOW it was a big one!!!

griswold and wagner are the ones we use and for most all our fat frying. them new ones are ok, but we have had these for since we were married, and got them from my mom. Lots of flea markets have them. just be sure to check for cracks

people throw them away because they stick all they got to do is keep them seasoned and do not wash them out with soap.

Lodge Logic is the most recent that I bought. Been pretty happy with them. It was a flat griddle on one side and a ridged grill on the other. And a couple of presses.

All the pans we have came free with my wife when we got married so I don't know what kind they are. However, they're just as sturdy and resilient as she is, so...that's good.

Griswald, Wagner any of the old timers got my vote. Flea markets, antique shops ,farm auctions are good places to look.

Any of them are good as long as they are not in PW58's hands and she isn't hitting me up the side of the head with it! Just be sure and get it seasoned good!
