Default Marnier 40 2 stroke question

I got a marnier 40 2 stroke on a 17 bass tracker. Its oil injected. I can run it about 2 mph for about 10 minutes or so and the alarm goes off indicating its not getting enough oil. oil filler is full and i also added oil directly to the gas and same results. Any ideas whats causing this?? Thanks for your help.

i had a 60 hp. that did the same thing, took it to the shop and they took the injector off and then i just had to start mixing the oil in the gas, they told me the oil injectors were bad about that and better off to get rid of it before i burnt the motor up.

If the oiler is still hooked up it probably still senses it ain't getting enough oil. If you're mixing now you should unhook the oiler, best $100 I ever spent.

Having the oiler removed, the line capped off, and the tank removed.

Have the same motor as you. Pulled injector for same reason years ago. Disconect wire to alarm and tape up. Disconect fuel line and hook direct to tank. Remove injector/ oil tank. Buy a plastic bottle at BPS or Boat shop that has calibration marks for oil percent per gallon. Oil mix on that motor is 100 to 1.
