When the distances get out past 400 yds, then I switch to another 112v with a 26inch, 1.2 inch diameter Shilen premium barrell in a 25-06, with fiberglass stock and a 24 power leupold. Longest shot (by laser finder) was a 1200 yder. Yes, there was some luck involved in that one.
I like the "red mist" and the helicopters. I was in Montana shooting one time, had a family of 4-5 dogs lined up in a row, started on the far right and worked my way back to the left, 1 down, 2 down, then mom & dad finally figured out what happened to junior and sis, jumped down the hole. LOL
GO BIG ORANGE !
I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.
