Luke those are all very good guesses and the list is actually much longer but due to space and time constraints I won't list them all :) You're far enough away in Il. you're safe, although in June we were in Chicago for a couple days so I have been up that way.
Ok well it's taken me until yesterday due to not having any time and not having a clue to figure out my problem. Don't ask me to explain it because I don't really understand it myself still, but I got my lights all working. Turns out everything on that row of the fuse panel wasn't working but I didn't know that because I never really used it that much. Bottom line is I'm back in business thankfully! Thanks everybody who had suggestions and ideas they were all very helpful!
