Dad is still in the hospital. Kidney function still a little high...went down on its own overnight without dialysis. Has turned the corner a little bit over the weekend. Hip is still a mess...will be alot of rehab but Dad will work hard and get it done. It still amazes me with technology (Doc that did Dad's surgery used a robot to do the work) but he could not figure out that maybe he needed to throw an extra pillow underneath him since it took 6 1/2 hours.

I did have time to get after the crappie today...caught 10 around the Long Shoal area from 7-11 AM. Had to sort through about five little ones per one keeper in the boat. Had two doubles today. Good day on the H2O.

I've been wondering how he's doing, thanks for the update, and congrats on your fishing report. I hope soon you will report with the two of you slaying the crappie.
