The only thing I can think of is there is an old camp grounds of America on 5 HWY in between Laurie and Versailles. They have cabins and camping but it has been kind of quiet there last year dont know if its open.:confused: There is a ramp right down by the 5HWY bridge. I think Bear bottom has a ramp maybe they wouldn't charge us since we brought so much buisness ?????

1st weekend in Oct. is the American Royal BBQ Contest, I'll be there.
2nd weekend in Oct. is our annual apple butter cook, we cook 30 gallons and it takes 2 days, I'll be there.
And I don't know if I could take two crappie camps in one year. :rolleyes::D

If you want a poll then start one,the past few years it has been truman spring loz fall because of the central location of both lakes.Everyone can have their say and choice thats fine by me but i will be camping on loz the first week of oct and anyone that wants to join me thats great and for those that don't then have fun and i'll see you next spring on truman..........unless thats up for a vote as well,if it is guess i'll see you wherever.
gettin a little confused here, didn't ask about a poll, asked where and when camp was, whats your problem, seemes like we always vote on where and when, I know it's not always been a Louies, do not see any reason to get all in a tizzy and treat me like I did something contrary to the norm. I was not suggesting we move camp, but since your so set on LOZ in the fall, have fun
Don't have a problem not in a tizzy just tryin to do what everyone i talked to at truman wanted to do and that was to have fall camp on loz,also would like to keep the confusion of a camp this size to a minium......all i'm saying is that i will be there and if you have trouble with coming to loz this fall then have a camp somewhere else of your choosing,good luck have fun and i hate it you'll miss loz camp 2 years running.
