    I had acouple of the Brinkmans and they are great for smoking, I haven't used anything any better!

    I build and sell these. Drum smoker. This type smoker has been used to win the American Royal BBQ Contest.
    Burns charcoal, very efficient, easy to control temps. 22.5" round grill inside.
    I'll have mine at camp. With smoke coming out of it and good eats inside.
    May not be what you have in mind, or, it might be.
    The black one is my stickburner, one of my favorite toys and not for sale.

    The fishing is always great. The catching varies.
