I use the STORM brand and after 30 years of doing it with just a plain ol fillet knife i very much enjoy using an electric fillet knife, I bought mine at ROGERS in Liberty last year for $15, I`ve used it to filet hundreds of crappie and several 3-4 lbs bass and worked flawlessly

I have used regular household knives for years usually Hamilton Beach or Black & Decker with the slimline design. I get about two seasons out of them but they only cost about $20 and you can get them everywhere. If you haven't used electric before I will share a couple pointers I have picked up. Keep two knives on hand so you can switch back and forth to keep the triggers from getting too hot. The more you sqeeze and release the trigger the hotter they get and that's usually what kills a knife. Try to keep them dry. Make sure you have sharp blades with no nicks or burs.
When I was learning to use the electric knife my teacher made me clean the smallest dinks in the bunch. I really shredded up some gills and lil' crappie. He told me I should get a job with Mrs. Pauls making fish sticks! (I still can't figure out how to form it into a stick!)
Good luck. Once you get used to it you'll wonder why you waited so long.

Rapalla electric
I use the Rapalla Electric. I cut the cord off to about 6' and put alligator clips on it for power from a little 12v 7amp battery. That battery will power my Eagle fisheasy 320C finder and still fillet a batch of fish at the end of the day. My son shot a short film of the knife in use.YouTube - panfish cleaning ole giller

Agreed on the american angler. The old man has one of with a 12V plug and it is a very good knife. I also cant complain about my mister twister. For a cheapy I have had no problems with it, and I even bought replacement blades for it so I can use it for carving in the house as well.
