Big brother called last night, he was listining to the scanner and heard the tail end of a call, it's 3 ft. long he waited more to come the people are leaving with a 3 ft long allagator, people this is a retirememt community horseshoe bend ar. crown lake not a place for gators, well these people had a pet gator, yep they decided the gator would like to go for a swim in the big lake so they took it for an outing (there words) let it go in the cove by the marina. couple people seen it called the cops, cops showed up people got scaret, police called the gator cop he came confusion broke out, end of story dont take your pet gator to a public lake and expect to take it back home. some people are just plain well just plain crazy. take a pet gator for a outing. and besides I don't believe you can have a pet gator seems like they wouldn't domesticate verry well, well maby if you were john and kate plus 8- 7- 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 get rid of the damn gator honey

Ya just gotta wonder about some people
Maybe that's what that big splash was we saw up the James:p I think that qualified as the biggest one I ever saw made by a fish! We must have been close to a quarter mile away when we saw it

I've had 2 gators in the last three years in my office...someone's pet. We also put down a Cayman on the Missouri River a few years back.

some people just don't stop and think couple years ago they took one out of sons creek , on stockton lake, I think it's at the spg. zoo. as where the people who let it go should be.
