I voted but didn't see My man (Don "Big Daddy" Garlits) anywhere. Ha Ha
I used to run a dragster at Oswego, Illinois. One day Garlits showed up on his way to the west coast. The rest of us just lay down our tools and watched. I was there when he broke the record @ 8.0 secs and 172 MPH
in a T-shirt and pair of goggles!!
Never ever thought I'd see 5.0 broken......I was wrong!
