    Default Fog!!

This picture was taken Monday at Bucksaw - me managed to idle toward Angel cove and fish - we did pick up a couple in that area, but it was 9:30 before the fog lifted enough to safely run the boat up the river

Jj, I Am Sure Glad It Was You Out There Instead Of Me! I Am Not Afraid Myself But I Always Afraid Of What Someone Else Might Do. Especially On A Holiday Weekend! It Wasn't Too Bad Down Here This Morning In Springfield, But I Did See On The Early News That They Were Saying Sedalia Was Down To Zero And Several Places Around Lake Of The Ozarks Down To Less Than 1/8 Mile.

Hope It Isn't Bad In The Morning! I Am Headed To The Farms To Do Some Tractor Repair Early.

That was GREAT visibility comparing to when HE decided we were going to go fishing instead of waiting for the fog to lift. We went slowly and he used the GPS trails we had and I stood up holding on to the windshield and played lookout. We did get a LOT of fishing in before the "sensible" folks got upstream! Not that it did us a lot of good. :p

That was crazy for sure Gary. I can't recall it being that thick I don't think. We were relying on OSS radar and that wasn't working so well so early so we switched to GPS. Sounds like you guys had some really nice fish this weekend. Congrats.

Man I don't care to remember that stuff. That took two hours of me and Bob's fishing trip. Never seen fog like that before.

Ran into that kind of stuff up in my neck of the woods (KC/Smithville). I had to hug the shoreline to find my way around and run at idle to hear if any other boats were around.
