Doves are great deep fried as well. Marinate them for 24 hours, each side of breast removed from the breast plate, in italian dressing, worchestershire sauce, brown sugar, tabasco sauce and whisky. Coat them in flour and deep fry. Don't cook longer than1 1/2-2 minutes or they will taste disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Salt/pepper to taste. Delicious. God bless.
