That makes me wonder if they used the "soiled" TP as part of some recyling program?
Reminds me of the chinese restaurant that was busted by the health inspector for using old used underwear to dry their dishes with. LOL!
At the hour and general area us duckers are in search of grub....there aint a whole lot of choices.
I will say that when I gotta bow up in there.....I dont conform to the request as per their sign....I dont care if they said pretty please.:)
