In a town 35 miles away from me (Athens, Ga.) I read in their paper that since people did such a good job conserving water last year they was going up on the price of water since they no longer was able to meet payroll and pay their bills.:confused::(:o I was glad I am pulling water out of a well on my property.:o:)
