Hello, my name is Sean (age 36) and am from Columbia, MO. I've fished since I was a small child and have no intention of stopping. I used to fish nothing but bass but have recently started crappie fishing within the last year. Look forward to learning all I can. Thanks for a great site. I usually take the boat out by myself as I don't really know anyone else that fishes but if someone in the Columbia area wants to hookup sometime let me know.

Welcome to the site. Lots of good info on here and even better members. Lots of guys willing to help out on about any lake also even to share a boat with. I have some great people for the first time as I got in their boat to fish or them in mine. So don't be afraid to ask to ride along or offer an open seat when you are heading out. Usually someone willing to take you up on it here and show you around on the lake and help out. Hope to meet a few of you if you are close to the Truman area or would like to come fish it sometime.

Was good to meet and talk to you this morning Dave. Welcome to the site.

Welcome Dave, you are sitting on some great fishing there. That area of the lake can produce some dandys and this winter you can expect to see some people fishing around your area. If you get a chance to come to the Fall camp you could meet some good people who fish up your way.
