Not Many Turkeys on Smithville Yesterday

Thanksgiving is the day to fish and besides me and a few bank fisherman I only seen one other boat yesterday.

Went to the W Bridge and it was loaded with fish mostly small and even though the screen lit up like a Christmas tree not many would bite.

Fished a few piles in that area all had fish but same results. Then hit some main lake brush and caught a few 10 inchers after that hit some docks and caught a few more and some white bass.

Just on the water from 3 to 5, didn't keep any but sure I could have eeekkkked out a limit. Luckily my phone was on the garage floor when I got home. I went to take it out for a pic and no phone.

Tough day but still sounds enjoyable. Glad you didn’t lose your phone. Happy Thanksgiving

I'm surprised when I look for my phone and I have it. Sounds like a good day on the water. I was going but Thanksgiving lunch ended up being 2-3.

Nice! Glad you found your phone, lost mine at the ramp last year. Smithville crappie seem to be very finicky here lately.
