Default Found a dock out of wind

Went back to where I got em last week and it was out of blustery wind on main lake. BUT they have lowered lake level by 4 feet so dock bars I was fishing were out of water and only few feet deep there.

Started dipping anyway as all docks were affected. Started hitting black crappie where all I caught before were white. They weren't as big as before but still good eaters and my neighbors like them and more crappie need to b taken out so filled my bucket up. Moved a lot and picked up one here then one there. Did pick up several whites that were up to 10 inches.

Good morning as it kept getting warmer. Good to have nice mess and will have a few couples over for venison burgers and fresh crappie. Name: 20221022_135613.jpg

went back the next day and BOOM dock was even down further and just a couple feet of water left and dock was basically on ground. Frustrating when I just found a go to lake I could drive to and walk on.

We mostly fish docks here so will have to go do something new on here with the lake down probably 6 feet so folks can work on their sea walls.
