Trout delivery

Caught another limit last Wed and then had to do rounds. Stopped at my sons place gave him couple. Then off to my youngest daughter to check out wind ripped out her storm door and damaged. Son or I will repair. She took trout but was clueless about cooking and told me later gave two nice ones to neighbors who were happy to have them. Said she didn't know how to skin them! Oh well need to educate her on how it's done. But since I got to hold her baby girl it's OK.

That would be some good education to pass along. As the generations pass less folks can take an animal and get it to the table. Those are some nice trout
