Quick trip 4-10-20

Had the feed bags on in the wind this afternoon. On the water at 430 had 15 fish over 10 inches by 520. Several fish over 1 1/2 lbs released. Same pattern 51 degree water main lake coves. Caught more fish in open water today Vs. standing timber than last weekend and Monday. More fish have moved into the secondary pockets of the coves. Cold front will have them screwy I’m sure in the morning but will post the results as I’m taking my father and my 6 year old son out later in the morning.

DUDE you are killing me as I have been too busy doing things with the wife at LSL to get up to MTL but know right where you are fishing! Will be up there this week and yes curious as to how these colder conditions will affect water temp and fishing.

Fished today with my Dad and Son (actually 4-10-20)and came back with 2 limits and the son got in on the action early but couldn’t hang. Several more fish over 1 1/2 lbs released.

good job Dad. hauling in all those big slabs wore him out as you probably got him up early. WTG! Love it being with the kids and seeing their smiles when they ketchm some.
