Had a good time out with good friends Tony and Jim lots of bs and several fishes got caught. Heard that buffalo are good smoked so going to give it a try. Any one has a good idea about that let me know. Already heard the hard to lite, and once it is done throw it out back. Planned on lemon slices and in the traeger with apple flavored pellets. Got em all cleaned and now my wife says shower them white bass make you stink. So guess thats where I am off to.
