Hey, We're renting lake house on the Big Niangua arm just south of the little Niangua arm. We'll be there September 8th for a week.
Are there good brush piles and what other structure should we target?
What is their main forage? What colors of plastics are your go to for this water?
Is there enough structure to have success trolling crankbaits for crappie?
Thanks for any advice to get us looking in the right direction.

Thanks Jimmie. I am also wondering about any weed line structure. My home lakes have weed line oriented fish but I haven't read anything about Lake Ozarks that talks about weed line.
Pulling cranks along bluffs w/shad works well and you can put up with some lake lice while doing it. If you dock shoot or jig fish brush blue ice, junebug with chartruese tail and monkey milk are good colors. I do better with a nibble on them. The bridge up that way can be very productive also. Takes some use of the electronics but the fish are there pay attention to docks in 15 plus ft. of water that have rod holders off the sides lots of people put brush to the side or front of the docks.
