Gravios was pretty good Friday, limited on three docks slip corking minnows. Messed around with the BG Slayer blue ice over brush and it was dang near every cast but smaller fish. I know some guys or gals never ever use minnows but in the fall, and anytime night fishing, I like to use them especially slip corking in tight spaces. A jig by itself does not have a lot of action when corking IMO and I like watching that cork go under.

I'm still fairly new to bass fishing at the LOZ and been spending a lot of time chasing the greens but scratching my head this fall. Bass fished Wednesday, Thursday, and half day Friday. Weds was pretty bad. Thursday was alright after I found shad in the back of Millcreek which was apparent by the abundance of White Pelicans. Digging a crankbait through the flat worked best. Friday tried the crank but throwing a jerkbait to deeper shade off docks was better but produced small fish. Now I was all the way back in Soap Creek throwing at a seawall in front of a house that looks more like a compound and got seven real nice white bass. Sorry no pics.
