LOZ Trolling question
Was down the week of July 23 - 29 and did well trolling for Crappie (and whatever else would bite) in 90+ degree water and hot conditions. Was back Aug 11 - 15 and the water had cooled some 10 degrees, and much cooler air temps. Trolled same water and struggled to put crappie in the boat. Caught a few, but nothing like when it was steaming hot. Did others experience the same things? and wondering what adjustments you may have made to find fish?
For additional context, or house is on the Little Niangua, so most of my fishing is done on the Big Niangua from about the 3 - 8 MM and on the Little Niangua.
Appreciate the help, guys!
