    There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

    Been doing the same.

    Last Sunday had a 20" Walleye and a hybrid, Monday 3 crappie and a channel cat, Friday one Crappie and another channel cat. All on Flicker shads, purple tiger and pearl white seem to be producing the most.

    Going to give it another go tonight.
