Truman Prespawn Fishing
I am in the frozen north and want to fish Truman before the spawn, (AKA :flood of spring fisherman). Can you folks give me some tips please.

Just find a good creek and a spawning back and fish the ledges from the channel to the bank and you will find them. Good luck.
