Truman, NO ICE, plenty of boats above the dam
Got there early , 9:30 a.m. all set to fish for my favorite blues. Got frustrated with two anchors and three poles in the water. Lost one fish, tired of waiting for the strikes, packed up / loaded up the catfish gear and hit the bluffs. 24 FOW, 15 ft down, dead

sticking, jig and Crappie sparkle, chartreuse. Biggest one was 13, ended up with 4 Crappie and 2 white bass. The shad were THICK against the bluff walls, 15 to 20 ft down. Water temp was 39 .9 degrees. Wind was light and variable, less than 3 MPH.
