Thread: Big crappie challenge

Wyatt got it done Saturday.
1st place in the youth division of the crappie masters big crappie challenge.
Wind made it rough but he hung in there all day and it paid off for him. Been a long time coming.
He used blue/white carrot style jig tipped with a minnow just about the whole day.
Caught fish in 3ft water out to 12ft of water in the coves and creeks on the Grand arm of Truman lake. He had our big fish of the day with a 1.43.
Good job Wyatt, mom and I are proud of you.
