After putting a few into freezer last week in Stockton with minnows I decided we needed an jig only trip. Caleb wanted to go to LOZ vs Stockton so I took him and neighbor boy to Brown's Bend. I think it might be a little early for dock shooting because few of the docks held fish but we did catch a bunch of shorts. Ended up with 13 keepers 12 dock shooting and 1 trolling. All the keepers came off a single dock!!!! The boys had a blast and already want to go again so great day indeed.
