We noticed the same thing on Tablerock earlier this week. The biggest fish would bite first and then when you started catching shorts, you never caught another keeper off that piece of cover.

You could still catch a few keepers off theses just not the big ones like I kept. It was a fun day for sure. If there had been two in the boat we could have had limits of 10 inch plus fish easy.
