Well I reached that magic age some years ago and having a family history of prostate cancer have mandated frequent checks......I have some experience in this area.

I once managed to stick myself deep not once ,but twice, in the same day with the treble hook off a Rapala shallow shad rap.

I still prefer that day to my exam days.

Something about it just ain't right for this ol boy. I'm just saying.....

While Basspro shops tried to make "Bucknaked fishin' " popular some years ago with their line of t-shirts....I considered it a novelty and continued to fish fully clothed with adequate protection in critical areas to ensure any trip to the emergency room for hook extraction would involve those areas of the body less humiliating to expose than the bum.
