Got out today after the rain moved through and fished until a storm rolled in and ran us off around 1. Fished the Grand arm prefishing for the Ned Rutledge/Bobby Garland tournament and the CDC/Truman Lake Tournament Series tournaments this weekend. We fished the flats and in the creeks with better fish coming from the creeks. We fished several baits today and they had to have some Chart in the combo to get bit. Actually did better tipping with a nibble and with out a minnow. Best bite was 6'-8' of water just off the bottom. Caught several black crappie early then the big white crappie turned on. Here is a couple pics from today of a couple good black crappie.
