    Default Saturday's catch at Truman.

Got out to the dam at about six am and the whole area was fog covered. Started out pulling crankbaits and picked up a few right off the bat. Ended up with 4 whites one 12 inch crappie and a channel cat. After that it died down to hardly anything. That's when I ran into this big boy. He hit a shad colored crankbait running 2mph in 60 feet of water about a quarter mile away from the dam. It hit the rod so hard and put up one hell of a fight. 21 inches long , didn't get to weigh it. At the end of the day I ended up throwing the big pig back into the lake.

When they get up to that size and bigger they are tackle wreckers. Thanks for the post.

Really like those big wipers baked in the oven.
God bless Charlie Brewer and Bobby Garland.
