Thread: Up the creek

We left the boat at home today and fished up a creek on the Tebo Arm, caught males and fat females using a blk/green jig about 18 inches under a bobber, the fish were off the bank about twenty feet but by the looks of the eggs they should be on the bank anytime.
I brought home 15 and I think the wife had eight, love fishing with a bobber! !!!
A couple of young guys came down and threw out some catfish poles and one of them hooked into a nice one, had a good time watching him fight it and after getting hung up on some brush a few times he finally got it in, it was a 30 pound blue cat.
Should be a great camp this year!!!
