Just curious if anyone ever pulls cranks below the dam at LOZ. I think it would good down there

Spoonbill and Asians would have you out of cranks, line, and poles before you could blink.

Lots of snags up there too if I tried it I would use 200's and even with that I'd guess you would find trouble.

Using crankbaits below Bagnell usually results in a lot of this. There is a shad rap in it's tail. This was during the winter when the water wasn't even running and we were trying to catch whites around the islands. It was almost impossible to target the fish you wanted because you had a paddlefish or an asian carp snagged nearly every cast. The paddlefish are probably extra thick below the dam right now since they have been running water for a while.
