    Default A little chilly

4 catfish, 2 deer, 1 eagle, some turkeys and some ducks=a chilly day on the water. Couldn't find a place out of the wind. Oh well it was good getting out.

I was going to go today as well, but it turned out to be windier than the forecast said it would be- going to go tomorrow though, even if I have to hide out in a dock slip.

This was the Missouri River. Water temp was 37-39 degrees. Getting a little cold.

sounds like you and hubby found some fish, congrats! I wet a line Friday and yesterday for the first time since august and managed 3 cats, collectively. 2 were good eater sized 3-6lbers and the other was a 15lb throwback. fun fishing but looking for bait has gotten old this year.
