got to the water at about 7:30ish you don't often get to see this on stockton, fished up east from State park marina, bursh 25ft , tried deeper, and shallower but they would only bite on the 25 ft. piles, who would of thunk it... rootbeer/char. on 1/16 oz jig drop right in the brush, and also I could hold it real still just up off the bottom on the outside of the brush and get a bite, caught maybe 50 fish, lots of 9 3/4 to 10 in. only kept the 10 1/2 in or better, gonna be good eating at the fish fry Sat. night, with Ribs/brisket/pork roast, crappie, hot dogs, burgers and trimins, come on down, fire works after Hale of a deal on the fire works. V. V. and 1045 south of pleasant Ridge 3 mi.
