Smithville tonight 5/20

Took the daughter up there again tonight and it was slow again but we did manage about 10 keepers and maybe 15 shorts in a couple of hours and one bass. Slow Slow Slow reeling in about 4 FOW. Only threw 5 in the livewell in case we ran into Jarrod; we didn’t want to get made fun of with 9 inchers so we just kept 10’s. A lady bank fisherman was given our bounty tonight. Look I can catch one….well maybe my daughter let me take a photo with one of hers. I can’t photo shop like Monty! Oh yea and I got caught by a crappie! As I lifted it out of the water getting ready to lip it; the monster spit the hook right into my arm. I left it while I cried like a baby and showed my daughter who almost puked! Sorry no pic?
