Very light bite, they would just suck it in and sit still, but got a limit of 10" to 13" fish by noon. Blk/Chart slabbuster w/ a nibble. Water Temps of 53 to some 60 in the very backs of coves. Water is still a little muddy, could see your jig down to about 6 inches. Lot of big males. The fish in my left hand was a male. The females had some eggs that were starting to loosen up. Even the shorts we caught were meaty. Looks like it might be a good year. Won't be able to make camp this year (work). Hope everyone has a good time. Good Luck N2
