Pomme de terre surprise

I got to fish Pomme de terre lake Tuesday night for the first time in years. I was very surprised to find out how good the crappie fishing is on the lake. We started pulling big slabs out of the water in around 18 to 25 foot about six feet down. To my surprise I pulled a 1.99 lb and several 1 1/2 lb fish also.
