I think crappie in Mo taste best cus that is the only kind I catch. Never tasted any from Sippi.
I will tel ya that carp caught in a river are OK to eat, but if you catch them from a clear water lake they taste nasty..and Yes I ate both.

asian carp are really tasty if you can stand to clean the stinkin things
I've heard they are a fine tasting fish. There was a conservation guy at the boat show this year giving a 96-step demonstration on how easy it was to clean and fillet them.Quote:
