Went to my favorite March cove, caught two nice ones and then the wind started and since it was right down the cove's throat, I moved back down one cove. It was not a fast and furious bite, but the ones that you caught were darn nice. Bigger ones were on the jigs/minnow rigs. Just hook and minner seems to have several lifters that you had to pay attention to and with that wind, it was tough telling.

Miss counted/pulled my beads and ended one shy of a limit.

Nice job! Couple extra points for fishing in that wind!
The fishing was so good I thought it was yesterday

I don't even know what the weekend weather is going to be. As it turns out, probably no to little chance of fishing. Tile supplier called, tile is in, called tile guy, he will most likely start Monday, what does that mean? It means I have to gut a kitchen, dinning room, and laundry room this weekend.

Save a few in the March cove for me. Glad you got out and caught some fish to cure the fix before having to work on the house.
