Crappiejoe12 and I went by land to a condo dock on the 2mm. We only caught 12 but it was nice just to get out. The fish we did catch were on half minnows and half crappie thunders. They were close to the bottom id say in 30 to 40 feet of water. I'm not sure we did not have a boat or electronics but they were deep. The lake is way low and dead shad everywhere. Hopefully the lake will fill up by the spawn.

Thanks for the update. Glad you got out and caught some. You did better than me.
I was wondering how you figured out they would only bite on part (half) of the minnows and thunders ?
